BAAN LOM TALAYis just 15 minutes away by car from the island is airport andsituated on the edge of a small security gated residential communitywith villas, away from the big tourist crowds and nevertheless closeby car to the most beautiful beaches of the island which are lying likepearls on a string in the South and in the West of the house. 	The living area is separated from the kitchen by a breakfastbar and has glass walls on 3 sides and cool tiled floors. The room istraditionally furnished with Thai style furniture including two teaksofas and a coffee table, a Persian rug and other Thai soft furnishings.The room also has a TV, DVD player with a library of abou 20 DVDs, boardgames, a chess computer and a selection of reading books for your indoorentertainment. WiFi Internet access (fee), free telephone. Threeof the air conditioned bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms) are locatedin the main living floor of the house and have polished wood floorsand 4 poster beds dressed with mosquito nets. The two main bedroomsfacing east and west have sliding patio doors leading on to a privateterrace. The third bedroom has a south facing window overlooking thegarden. The bathrooms are fully tiled and have wet shower rooms. Thefourth bedroom is located at garden level off the carport area and hasits own ensuite bathroom.

The villa has a surroundingterrace on three sides of the house and offers you a fantasticalsea view from each position. From the West terrace a stair leadsyou down to the big swimming pool area.

The nice free form swimmingpool (11 x 6 meters) has massage jets and is placed in the tropicalgarden with many fruit trees. Sun beds, sun umbrellas and a sala, whichprovides shade, make the right place to relax here. Many quite placesaround the house and inside the tropical garden (1600 m3 size) provideyou with your own special spot. The whole garden area is walled andprotectedwith an automatic gate for your individual privacy.
